Returns
PLEASE NOTE ALL RETURNS CARRY A 10% HANDLING FEE
The handling fee of 10% will be deducted from your return refund.
The return policy is effective for 30 days from date of receipt of goods.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it in and in the original packaging.
A receipt of purchase must be presented.
Any returned item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts not due to error on our side, will only receive a partial refund.
Damaged items should be reported within 5 calendar days after receipt of goods. You can report your damage to info@finnandestella.co.za. Finn and Estella will not be held responsible for any damages reported out of the specified timeframe.
On receipt of your returned item, we will contact you via email acknowledging the arrival of your return as well as information with regards to a return approval or rejection.
If you receive approval your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This refund can take up to 5 working days.
Sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
Exchanges on items will only be made on items that have a manufacturing fault or are damaged prior to leaving our warehouse.
A return item marked as a gift on purchase will receive a gift credit certificate for the value of your return
Returns will need to be shipped If you cannot arrange shipping, please email us at info@finnandestella.com for the arrangement of a courier collection from your address.
You will personally be responsible for the shipping costs for the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
